It's that time of the festive season again!!

SR Mosaic Inc. is happy to host this year's Diwali celebration in collaboration with Market Fair, Princeton, on October 24th, 2026.

Please take a moment to complete the attached registration form and submit it by September 30th. Additionally, kindly review the rules and regulations included in the form. If you have any questions or need further details, don’t hesitate to reach out.

REGISTRATION FORM

Performance Guidelines:

Theme - Folk Dances from India(encouraged),  but any other form of dance is ok too!

• Solo performance: Maximum of 2.5 minutes.

• Age requirement: Performers must be 6 years or older.

• Group Performance duration: Must not exceed 5 minutes, including the introduction.

• Group size: Minimum of 4, maximum of 10 participants.

• One performance per dance school.

• Song selection: Songs for dance and singing must be culturally inclined, with dance teams encouraged to select songs from various Indian languages.

• Check-in requirements:

  • Performers must check in 1 hour prior to their scheduled time at the cultural registration desk.

  • Teams must check in with the stage manager 30 minutes before their program time.

• Costumes: Should be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Props, if used, must be handheld and easily managed by the performers.

• Music tracks: Must be submitted in advance to the event coordinator by October 17th at srmosaic@gmail.com.

• Technical coordination: Performers requiring special technical assistance (e.g., microphones for singers) must coordinate with the technical team ahead of time.

• Safety considerations: Choreography must not include any movements or props that may pose a risk to performers or the audience, considering the lack of a formal stage setup.
